HIPAA Compliance
At Westside Dermatology, we are fully committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your health information. We strictly abide by all federal regulations under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your medical records, personal information, and communications with our providers are kept secure and are only used or disclosed as permitted by law.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that situations may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To best serve all of our patients, we ask that you please follow our cancellation guidelines:

• Cancellations/Reschedules: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
   
• Late Cancellations/Reschedules: Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25 cancellation/reschedule fee applied to your account.
   
• No-Shows: Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
   
• Payment of Fees: All outstanding fees must be paid in full before scheduling another appointment.
